Overview

Setting tool for the installation of Koenig CV sealing plugs. Made from tool steel and heat treated to HRC 50 providing durability in high volume production lines.

Compatible with Koenig Express 3000/5000 table presses for the installation of CV plugs from ∅3.0 – 22.0mm.

Alternatively, small quantities or single parts can be installed with a hammer and this setting tool. Installation can also be done with an arbor press. Stroke travel should be limited when using a press due to difficulty controlling insertion forces.
