EFFECTIVE OPERATION
KOENIG EXPANDER® components tolerate the widest temperature range of any sealing plug on the market. Operating in temperatures from -40°C to 150°C (-40°F to 302°F). System pressures safely operate at 500 bar. Stainless steel and aluminum variants ensure climatic and weight objectives can be met.
EXPERIENCED
We have supplied Koenig components to the UK for 50 years and manufactured in the UK since 1918. Our in house technical team have excellent product knowledge. If required, we’ll guide you through planning, designing, and part selection through to integration.
MAINTAINING QUALITY
Koenig components are fully batch traceable. We work to fully understand applications to ensure safe and reliable installation. Quality procedures at Boneham meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2015 and AS9100D: 2018. In addition SFC Koenig maintain IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
HIGH STANDARDS
SFC Koenig manufacture their components in the US and Switzerland. All components are batch traced, performance tested and 100% inspected through a multi-method process. Each product range is pressure rated with safety factors to accommodate system shocks and system pressure spikes.
